The Rise Plan is designed for families with broader or more ongoing support needs who would benefit from more frequent professional guidance, regular strategy adjustments, and continued collaboration across routines and environments. This pathway may be a good fit for families navigating multiple priorities, more frequent behavioral concerns, or situations that require ongoing problem-solving.

Rise Plan includes:

• Up to 4 individualized 50-minute BCBA consultation sessions per month

• An individualized Behavior Intervention & Support Plan

• BCBA-led behavioral consultation and caregiver coaching

• Implementation support and troubleshooting

• Progress monitoring and ongoing strategy adjustments

• Quarterly Care Team Collaboration: One complimentary collaborative goal review with the client’s care team is included per calendar quarter, for up to 60 minutes. This may include BCBA participation in an IEP, 504, speech, OT, school, or multidisciplinary team meeting, as appropriate. This complimentary quarterly collaboration does not count toward your 4 monthly consultation sessions.

  • Any additional care team, school, or educational meetings requested during that same calendar quarter will count as one of the 4 monthly consultation sessions.

  • Additional consultation sessions beyond the included 4 monthly sessions may be scheduled separately, as applicable.
