Educator & Group Training | Starting at $699
The Bridge Plan provides customized behavioral consultation and training for educators, school teams, childcare providers, organizations, and other professional groups. What makes Bridge different is that training can begin with understanding what is happening in your environment before we decide what your team needs to learn. When appropriate, the BCBA will come observe routines, collect relevant data, and identify the behavioral patterns, environmental factors, and systems that may be creating barriers to learning, independence, and meaningful progress.
From there, training is built around what your team is actually experiencing — not a one-size-fits-all presentation. We focus on understanding the “why” behind behavior, identifying practical ways to support the individuals you serve, and strengthening the systems and strategies that help them thrive. When appropriate, we practice strategies together, troubleshoot real challenges, and provide take-home resources your team can continue using long after the training ends.
Your training may include:
-
Pre-training observation and data collection: When appropriate, a BCBA can visit your setting before the training, observe routines and interactions, and collect relevant data to identify patterns, barriers, and areas impacting learning, independence, behavior, and overall growth.
-
Assessment-informed training: Training is then specifically tailored to the needs identified through observation, data, and collaboration with your team, making the content as relevant, practical, and accurate to your environment as possible.
-
Customized behavior-support training built around your team, setting, and the individuals you support
-
Understanding the function of behavior so your team can respond to the why, not just the behavior itself
-
Prevention and proactive support strategies designed to reduce challenges before they escalate
-
Communication and collaboration strategies to create greater consistency across team members and environments
-
Hands-on implementation practice so your team can learn, try, and receive feedback on strategies in a supportive environment
-
Take-home handouts and reference materials with every training so your team has practical resources to revisit long after the training ends
-
Specialized training materials and resources, when appropriate, that your team can keep and use after practicing the strategies together
-
Dedicated Q&A time to address your team’s questions, concerns, and individual situations
